“Vegan” Had a 32% Increase in Google Searches from 2014 to 2015.  Thanks to Lorena Mucke’s informative daily Christian Veg Association’s “Take Heart,” we learn that Google has seen a huge increase in people searching the word “vegan” in just the last year, proving for us that veganism is truly, in her words, “unstoppable.”  We are riding a wave of tremendous opportunity for the animals.   The article Lorena referenced is at http://latestvegannews.com/vegan-google-searches-climb-32-2014-2015/ There you can find the top questions people ask and the top states and cities with the most searches.

This Week’s Prayer and Vision for Google Searches to Keep on Climbing.  We know that deep within our true hearts there is a pure love and kinship with all animals.  From childhood this is discouraged by cultural pressure.  Perhaps, what Google is seeing is an attempt by millions to somehow find a way back to that sense of harmony and love that we lost so long ago.  In our hearts this week, let us rejoice and give thanks for this tremendous increase in interest in what “vegan” really means—not just a diet, but a commitment to nonviolence and peace for all beings.  As Google measures the searches for information, let us see that information blessing everyone.  This is not just a Google search; it is a heart search, and it is a sign that we are awakening as a species.  In the quiet of their homes, as they search that precious word, we send our love and our support, spirit to spirit, to all of them.  Dear animals of earth, your suffering is not in vain.  More people than ever are hearing your cries.  Veganism is Love, and Love is Unstoppable.
